First time at this Benihana and everything was amazing. Food was delicious, customer service was a 10/10. The aesthetics of the restaurant were impressive. I would definitely recommend reservations so you don’t have to wait.
I had an incredible experience at Benihana thanks to Miguel, the bartender! From the moment I sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and truly made my visit memorable. Miguel’s energy is contagious — he’s personable, professional, and clearly passionate about what he does. He crafted each drink with skill and care, and his recommendations were spot-on. Whether it was a signature cocktail or something custom, everything he made was delicious and beautifully presented. On top of that, he was engaging without being overbearing, always checking in with a smile and making sure everyone at the bar was enjoying themselves. Miguel goes above and beyond in customer service. He turned a simple dinner into an exceptional experience, and I’ll definitely be returning because of him. If you’re ever at Benihana, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar — Miguel will take great care of you!
We came here for dinner on a vacation at the start of September. We were a party of six & we had a positive experience here. We were lucky and didn't run into any issues with our dinner here, everything was cooked just right and it was a fun experience with family. I loved how all of the decorations throughout the restaurant looked, they did a beautiful job.
We had a lovely dinner at Benihana restaurant in Westgate hotel in Las Vegas. All was fantastic. Our talented Chef, June, went above and beyond in service and friendliness! We all loved him! Super kind, funny, attentive and so sweet to the kids at our table! Was a fabulous dinner and so soo delicious. June is amazing and really set the stage for a fun dinner & time out! Thank you June & Benihana staff!!!
Went to celebrate our sons birthday, our server & cook were so friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Sachi was very knowledgeable and funny so super sweet, we’d eat there again just for her, it helps that the food was delicious. I’d have more pictures but we ate it too fast. Arigato Sachi
The atmosphere was amazing, the service and cooking performance entertaining and skillful, the food was fresh and delicious. The only minor complaint is that both of our steaks/fillet minyan were a little plain and lacked sauce/seasoning.
Our server Sachi was so lively and a great help explaining the menu and options. Our cook was PHENOMENAL and the food was 10/10. Not too loud, not too hot next to the flat top and food was well prepared. Sorry the meat went into our tummies too fast so we didn’t get a photo
Loved the whole experience, and our server Sachi was amazing! Helpful, opinionated, and so efficient. We told her we had show tickets, and she made sure we made it out in time. And the food-so delicious! Highly recommend Benihana!
